For the second year in a row, sunshine greeted the participants of the annual CPCL golf competition - a record in itself! Five golfers with various skill levels entered in what was essentially a factory versus office rivalry... and once again the factory came out on top.
Sam Dodwell was again a worthy winner, which was no surprise as he has far greater skills than any of the others. Bob Bowes finished a highly creditable second, with Dan McCarthy, first of the office staff, coming third. For once, Neil Macfarlane didn't finish last - that honour fell to Adam Weatherill, whose excuse was that he hadn't played golf since the competition two years ago..... It certainly showed!
A big thank you to Managing Director Rob Holden for donating the prizes, and to Sudbrook Moor Golf Club for again hosting a great day out, and providing the best all day breakfast in Lincolnshire!
