Step-tember competition heats up

This year’s Step-tember challenge is well underway, with competition becoming fierce!

CPCL are raising money for the United Lincolnshire Hospitals Charity (ULHC), with an overall goal of £5000 for the year. Step-tember plays a key role in our fundraising initiative for the ULHC, and the raised funds will go directly to physiotherapy departments across Lincolnshire.

Participants can walk, run, cycle or swim to get their steps in, it all counts! Here is a look at the leader board as it stands:

  • Stuart Martin – 235k
  • Sam Dodwell – 209.5k
  • Chad Holroyd – 137.6k
  • Louise Perry – 92,555k
  • Gary Cross – 59,216k

The team have so far managed a whopping 733,871 steps, with plenty of time left to rack up more! All funds raised go towards providing six handheld dynamometers – helping physiotherapists assess patient strength, track recovery and support rehabilitation.
