OMCORR 2025

Cathodic Protection Co. Limited (CPCL) is proud to have made its debut at OMCORR 2025, hosted by the AMPP Oman Chapter, where over 600 delegates from 20 countries gathered to explore advancements in corrosion science and materials protection.

Representing CPCL at the event were Sales & Marketing Director Stuart Martin and Technical Design Manager Rob Mason, who welcomed attendees to Booth E-211 and showcased our Hazardous Area Transformer Rectifier Unit. The demo TR unit drew strong interest from delegates keen to learn more about its capabilities and applications in hazardous environments.

Rob Mason also presented his technical paper titled:
“Specification, Design, Installation, and Commissioning of Cathodic Protection Systems for Mixed Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Locations.”
His presentation highlighted common hazards found in petrochemical plants and how thoughtful electrical design can mitigate these risks. It also explored how modern remote control and monitoring systems can enhance the functionality of equipment operating in hazardous areas.
