Here at CPCL, we are dedicated to nurturing young talent by offering apprenticeships across various departments, providing invaluable hands-on experience and training. Presently, we have two apprentices working with us, spanning roles in both business and engineering. Over the years, we have witnessed numerous success stories where our apprentices have grown within their roles, transitioning into fully-fledged employees of CPCL.

For example, Oliver Brent started his journey with us as a field apprentice and has since evolved into an accomplished Field Engineer with an ICORR Level 3 certification. Oli now conducts CP surveys worldwide, including Morocco, The Falkland Islands, and Italy.
