AI World User Group 2025!

Our Field Operations Manager, Chris Pimm, and Project Coordinator, Josh Musgrove, recently traveled to Austin, Texas for the AI World User Group (2–6 November), hosted by our  partners at American Innovations.

The event brings together industry professionals to share knowledge, explore new technologies, and strengthen partnerships.

Chris and Josh kicked off the week with hands-on training sessions with AI’s latest equipment, attended insightful keynote presentations, and visited American Innovations’ headquarters for an inside look at their newest solutions.

Event Highlights

• Inspiring Keynote: Army veteran Lieutenant General Ron Burgess Jr. delivered an inspirational keynote on his life and experiences.
• Casino Night: A lively evening that encouraged networking.
• Field Trip to AI Headquarters: Chris and Josh trialed cutting-edge equipment and learned best practices directly from the experts.
