Cathodic Protection Co. Ltd. and GDPR

You will, no doubt, have been receiving a multitude of emails from companies ensuring that they comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that comes into force on Friday, 25th May 2018.  The regulation is designed to ensure that all individual's personal details held on a company’s database are protected, and the company has your permission to hold that information and use it as necessary.  You also have the right to review what information about you is held by a company.

CPCL takes its regulatory responsibilities very seriously and, even though we do not currently collect, hold or use information about those who visit our website or social media sites, we have created a Privacy Policy to reassure those visitors to our sites of their rights.  It may be that in the future we will collect such data as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure our customers and visitors are afforded the best possible experience when visiting our sites.  Should this be the case, we will update our policy and place a news item on our website and social media sites.

This Privacy Policy can be viewed at http://www.cathodic.co.uk/company-documents/ If you have any queries or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us on cpc@cathodic.co.uk.
