Scaling the Heights in Turkey

Over the years Cathodic Protection Co Ltd has worked in some spectacular locations.  But few could have the fantastic views afforded by the Osman Gazi Bridge in Turkey.

The bridge, which crosses the Gulf of Izmit, is the fourth longest suspension bridge in the world and cuts three hours off a journey from Istanbul to the south of the country

Working closely with client Tuzla Gemi, CPCL has been providing ICCP systems and servicing to the bridge since 2014 to the caisson protection barriers.  And earlier this year, on a site visit, our technicians scaled the heights of the towers and experienced some of the world’s most incredible views.

Which proves that CPCL will go to any length – or, in this case, height – to provide cathodic protection services to our client.
