R Holden, Managing Director (BSc Honours Degree in Engineering and Masters Degree in Business Administration) has over 20 years business management experience including 10 years at senior manager/director level in a FTSE 100 engineering company. He has extensive international experience and has spent most of his career working in the fields of Operations Management, Quality Management and Business Improvement. He is responsible for the strategic leadership of CPC Ltd and ensuring that company resources are established, maintained, and directed to ensure that our corporate goal of complete customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.
A Arnold, Sales & Marketing Director, (BA Honours Degree) has 15 years experience in the Cathodic Protection Industry, beginning with the manufacture of CP equipment and progressing to a Senior Sales role. He has experience of working in North Africa, Middle East, Far East & Europe and has a thorough knowledge of Cathodic Protection materials and systems. He is responsible for the CP Project Engineering and Materials Sales Departments at CPC Ltd. He is also responsible for the policy and direction of the sales and marketing efforts for the company as a whole and is committed to both the sustainable growth of CPCL and the satisfaction of their customers.
Dr D Marshall, Senior Cathodic Protection Engineer (BSc, PhD, M.I.Corr) has 10 years experience in the corrosion industry. Dan obtained a PhD in Corrosion Science from The Corrosion and Protection Centre in 2000, UMIST, UK; is a Member of The Institute of Corrosion; and is certified as a Senior Corrosion technologist by NACE (certificate number 10078).Dan is the Senior Cathodic Protection Engineer in the Project Department at CPC Ltd covering the design of CP systems, submission of technical and commercial quotations, project management and overseeing the project department. Dan has worked on numerous CP projects in Africa (North and Sub-Saharan), Middle East, Far East and Europe and joined CPC Ltd in October 2006.
Dr K Kendell, Middle East Technical Sales Manager, has a background in Applied Chemistry, PhD in Corrosion Remediation and has in excess of 25 years experience in the corrosion industry especially corrosion control of concrete structures. He is an active member of NACE & ICorr and has written many technical papers. A highly respected engineer throughout the Middle East he is an expert in cathodic protection systems for reinforced concrete structures & industrial plants including surveys, design, commissioning & operation.
P Williams, Project Engineer, has 25 years experience in cathodic protection systems both in the United Kingdom and overseas. He is familiar with most aspects of cathodic protection including survey, design and supply, installation and maintenance of onshore and offshore applications. He has extensive experience in the supervision of drilling companies and crews for deepwell groundbed application, resistivity surveys and Close Interval Potential Surveys. Also has a working knowledge of marine anti-fouling systems and internal corrosion monitoring and inhibitors.
S Filmore, Project Engineer, has an electrical background with 15 years experience in the cathodic protection industry. He has experience in sacrificial and impressed current cathodic protection systems including design, site surveys, installation, commissioning, monitoring and maintenance. He is trained to Level 2 Cathodic Protection Technician, ICorr approved and is also a trained First Aider. He has field experience in the UK, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Gibraltar.
E Sparks, Technical Sales Engineer, obtained a BSc in Mathematics from Loughborough University in 2005 and has gained wide experience in the CP industry in a technical sales capacity. Major tasks have included project management for works in Saudi Arabia, Libya, Russia and Sudan and organisation of training courses for client engineers. Key skills include preparation and submittal of materials sales quotations / bid packages, development of new markets and servicing of existing client base.
J Coburn, Product Engineering Manager has 10 years experience in the design and manufacture of Transformer Rectifier units and associated monitoring and control systems. Joe ensures that all of our power control systems are engineered and manufactured according to strict quality and design controls. Joe is also responsible for developing the technical aspects of our product range to ensure the latest technology is incorporated to achieve the best product solution for the customer.
R Greenfield, Materials Dept Manager has been with CPCL for 7 years in a variety of key roles. His experience of materials, shipping, documentation and all round project management experience ensure that contracts are handled efficiently and to the client’s specification.
